License Replacement Policy

If you lose access to your license key due to hardware change, broker account change, or other valid reasons, we offer license replacement under the following conditions:

Eligibility Requirements

  • Contact support within 30 days of original purchase
  • Provide valid order number and proof of purchase
  • Provide new account details or hardware information
  • Maximum 1 replacement per license
  • No replacements for shared or abused licenses
